TRADE AND MEDIA REGISTRATION
Our fifteenth annual and second two-day tasting
Advance registration is closed. Changes to existing registrations
may be made at the trade registration area. Unregistered trade or media walk-ins
will be charged $40 at the door, cash only, on presentation of ID and proof of
trade status.
DEADLINES AND RESTRICTIONS
- Wednesday, July 27 to receive name tags by mail. All
name tags will be mailed by August 3.
- Monday, August 15 to have name tags at Will-Call. Name
tags will be held at the door under your business name. No registrations
accepted after August 15.
- Trade registrants may attend both tastings, but name tags
are not transferable between the Sunday and Monday tastings.
- Three employees per business location may register at no charge.
Exception: distributors/brokers may register additional staff
at no charge; to order free invitations for distribution to
your trade customers, email your request to info@familywinemakers.org
by July 25.
- To purchase additional tickets for your staff, send a check
payable to FWC for $40 per ticket to 443 LaVerne Ave., Mill
Valley, CA 94941 by August 15. Include name(s) and title(s),
business name, address, and phone number.
- Unregistered trade walk-ins will be charged $40 at the door,
cash only.
TRADE AND MEDIA QUALIFICATIONS
To register as Trade, you must be professionally involved in the
purchase and/or sale of wine. As Media, you must regularly publish
articles on wine and identify your media outlet on the registration
form below. Family Winemakers reserves the right to request confirmation
of professional status and to refuse admission to anyone without
adequate professional credentials. Wine industry suppliers (i.e.
financial institutions, insurance brokers, producers of winemaking
equipment, etc.) must be FWC Associate Members to attend as trade.

Photo ID and proof of trade status will be required at the
door. Name tags are not transferable between the Sunday and Monday
tastings.
NOTE: We share contact information of our online registrants with
participating wineries and our sponsors (and no one else). If you
wish to be deleted from this shared list, please email
us, instructing us to delete you. You will remain on our contact
list for future tastings.

This year, Family Winemakers has scheduled our annual San Francisco
tasting in August instead of November in order to offer you, the
trade, the opportunity to sample our members' wines in time to
inform your holiday buying decisions. Orders may be placed at
this tasting.
